* Telephone number - Used in rare circumstances, but is collected to verify a legitimate customer

2. Billing Security
We make every effort to make sure that your financial information is safe. Our billing system, and account registration system is protected by SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) to safeguard your information, and never at any time can an unsecure connection be created to access the information. We encrypt all interaction with personal and billing data.

The following billing information is collected, depending on payment method, one or more of these items are kept securely:

* PayPal e-mail address
* Credit Card number and Expiration Date - not kept if PayPal is used
* Check number for our records - if paying by check

3. Other Service Providers
Some of the services of Pacific Blue Web Solutions require the use of other service providers to provide a service or good. The registration of a domain name is an example. Pacific Blue Web Solutions will use the customers information that was collected only for the purpose of registering for a service, and not for any other purpose.

If a domain name, or SSL certificate is ordered, your information will be given to Godaddy.com or eNom.com for proper registration.

4. Exceptions
Information of our customers will never be communicated or disclosed to a third party except in the following situations:

* We are obligated by law or law enforcement to provide information.
* Permission is granted by the customer.

5. Public Display of Information
The web hosting portion of Pacific Blue Web Solutions is open to the public, and the public areas of web hosting accounts are availiable for public viewing. Pacific Blue Web Solutions cannot guarantee protection on individual websites, this protection is up to the individual account user to protect.

We encourage our users to be careful with the type of information they post about themselves on their webspace, and use the protection features provided with their account to safeguard their data.

6. Communication
Pacific Blue Web Solutions reserves the right to contact our customers at any time by e-mail to provide service information regarding their account, and important information that will affect their service.
